Driven and well-organized Senior IT Program & Operations Manager with seven years of experience enabling the awareness and adoption of new processes and technologies, by encouraging strong leadership positioning, and developing effective interventions to reduce business disruption.

 

What inspires me?

In January 2022, I accepted the challenge to identify and produce discovery deliverables, draft deployment proposals, investigate tooling, and resource requirements for the rollout of IT Services Change Management strategy & operations to monitor, track, and escalate, key indicators to support high-impact change delivery affecting IT Services operations, with an impact radius of over 1.6 million Amazonians

I have demonstrated a strong ability to deliver results by managing complex cross-functional initiatives. These initiatives include the development of the ITS Change Management framework, the automation for organizational reporting and operational dashboards, solution deployments to reduce level of effort and cost to serve, and cross-functional team workflows to influence team priorities and business strategies through data-driven contributions.

I launched the pilot of this initiative launched in July 2022 with three team members, expanding to five team members in Q2 2023.

In the first 6 months after the pilot launch, 

• Seven change deployments impacting 1,294,826 Amazonians, an increase of 85.71% quarter over quarter (QoQ) were supported.

• Supporting ITS Kingpin goals, 384 standard change deployments were reviewed & disseminated to cross-functional teams across Amazon. This reporting was accessed by ~350 Amazonians over 1,900 times.

Projected for this year, 

• Q1-2023: Six change deployments impacting ~596,248 Amazonians were supported, 184% YoY projected support volume increase for 2023.

• Q1-2023: 211 standard change deployments were reviewed, projected 220% YoY support increase for 2023.
